All frames and prescription lenses are warranted for one full year against any manufacturer's defect (except some vintage frames, sunglasses, and frame-only sales)
All purchases have a 30-day return policy
If lenses have been cut, only partial credits will be given
Store credits must be used within 90 days of the original purchase date
Prescriptions from outside sources cannot be covered by this satisfaction guarantee. If lenses need to be remade due to an error in an outside prescription, additional fees will apply.
Returned checks will incur a $40 service charge, no exceptions
