We also offer eyewear fittings, adjustments, and repairs for your purchases. 

For a small service fee, an in-store technician can conduct trial fittings through manual refraction edits if the prescription you come in with is inaccurate. 

EyeFi (Eye want Finance) is an invention of Annette to provide low interest rate credit cards to consumers that help finance medical necessities without putting people into unnecessary debt. Coming soon!

Eye Want does not accept assignment for eyewear purchases which mean we do not accept payment directly from insurance companies. Eye Want will provide a typed up itemization in addition to filling out your insurance forms to present for reimbursement. If there is reimbursement from your insurance companies those payments will go directly to you and not to Eye Want. 

Eye Want does accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts) as a form of payment.

Eye Want  does not presently conduct eye examinations. If you are using vision insurance for eye examination then you will need to present your vision insurance card to that provider at the time of services and they will file the claim for you directly.
